Gilead Power also claims "title" to 8500 hectares off the south shore of Prince Edward County. Previously Trillium had indicated that the project would be in the shallow waters around Main Duck Island, which is not that far from the shipping channel. We can expect a significant number of turbines to be situated in the eastern end of Lake Ontario. Should make for interesting navigation through the maze of turbines.
