It is time that all injured employees be given back their right as a Canadian Citizen. We want the right to receive proper medical care , we want the right to retain our own lawyer.

Our rights were stolen away by the those very members of the Chamber of Commerce and the Canadian Federation of Small Business. These businerss groups lobby government to serve their membership and it is time these business groups TOLD those people elected to serve and protect the citizens of Canada … to hand us all our rights back.

These WCB Boards are abusive and they have destroyed many injured workers live , they have create situation whereby injured workers have committed suicide. This must stop and I beg the Labour movement to call upon the CLC and for all to unite and get this done.

If we are not able to get the right of injured workers restored , then the membership of all unions are at risk to more cancer and disease in the workplace. As it stands right now, the Business Community rely on the abusive powers and the Bad Faith of the workers Compensation Act to protect them.

Really want to make the workplace safe? Then get rid of these vile WCB Boards.
